With Hebomix systems, you can produce fine emulsions such as mayonnaise, dressings, and hummuswith ultra-fine oil droplet distribution and excellent stability. Both starch-based sauces like chilli sauce, ketchup, and BBQ sauce, as well as starch-free varieties, are manufactured efficiently and gently, featuring direct steam injection and the tandem homogenizer’s integrated pumping function, which minimizes shear and preserves product structure.
Sweet products such as custard cream, bakery fillings, chocolate fillings, and marmalade can also be produced with advanced features like automatic Brix adjustment through vacuum evaporation and vacuum cooling for optimal quality and consistency.
Our systems are fully compatible with vegan alternatives and other innovative formulations, ensuring versatile production without compromise.
