Our core capabilities are continuous steam germ reduction and cryogenic grinding. Precisely controlled steam, temperature and residence time are used to reduce microbial load while minimizing the impact on aroma, essential oils and product quality. Cryogenic grinding with liquid nitrogen enables fine particle sizes at mill outlet temperatures down to -60 °C, helping to protect sensitive ingredients and limit oxidation. We can also combine germ reduction and grinding in one continuous process.

Across contract processing and wholesale, approximately 6,500 metric tonnes pass through our operations each year. From cleaning and cutting to grinding, germ reduction, packing and supply, our standard is straightforward: sound technical advice, dependable execution and products that meet the agreed specification.
