Our twin-station fold wrapper, the LTS-DUO, packs up to 275 chocolate bars and bar-shaped products per minute. It handles a variety of formats and supports different packaging materials: depending on the application, the inner wrapper is made of paper, aluminium or film (open or heat-sealed). The outer wrapper is made of paper or cardboard – as a full wrapper or a banderole.
In day-to-day operations, uptime is key: that is why the LTS-DUO relies on modern servo technology, automatic format adjustment, splicing right to the end of the roll, and predictive maintenance functions.

High speed and efficiency – this is what marks out our further developed FHW-S horizontal flow wrap machine. It packs chocolates, bars, and both tablet and bar-shaped food and non-food products at very high speeds. Up to 2,100 products per minute – at film speeds of up to 205 meters per minute. Always safely, always precisely. Not least thanks to its innovative feeding system. It can handle pre-packed and unpacked, single, and pre-grouped products. And ensures maximum flexibility. In the format range and in the packaging material. And in the pack style: single packs or multipacks, taut or loose, with or without gusset fold, grooved longitudinally or crosswise, with a zigzag or straight cut – all this is no problem for the FHW-S. The CMT is a particularly flexible and powerful cartoning machine. It erects open or closed folding boxes, fills, and closes them in the lidded version. And it does this at any time in the desired pack formation and layout variant. The top-loading cartoner processes pre-grouped accumulable and non-accumulable products both flat and upright – on the short or long side. Or even shingled. Regardless of whether your product’s primary packaging is a flow pack or fold wrap, inline or at 90 degrees. And always at the highest speeds. The CMT achieves up to 1,000 items per minute in the product infeed – with a maximum output of up to 200 cartons at the same time. Every single one of them is perfectly packed and ready for the supermarket shelf.

As a high-performance fold wrapper, the RCB combines all the advantages of the traditional fold wrap with those of a hermetically sealed flow pack. In the high-performance range, it packs up to 600 small chocolate products per minute – and even up to 800 with open folding. It makes no difference whether the product is a regular bar, a small bar, a tablet, or a Napolitain. The result is always convincing with a premium look – and always with great tightness. This is ensured by the foil-against-foil sealed fold wrap. For perfect product protection – from environmental influences, for example. And for an improved taste and texture.
