Products & Services
MF-hamburg, based in Germany, is an internationally active company that manufactures systems and special machines for the food, confectionery and bakery industries.
The innovative chocolate enrobing STARCOAT is designed for short mass changeover, trouble-free and qualitatively perfect enrobing with chocolate, fat glaze, caramel, sugar glaze and similar masses.
The STARCOOL cooling channels are an important systematic addition to the STARCOAT enrobing technology, but can also be used for pre- or main cooling of other products in the confectionery and food industry.
The tempering machines are designed for the chocolate to solidify in the correct crystallization form to obtain a glossy surface, delicate melting character and good shrinkability. This is ensured by the most precise cooling and heating stages with simultaneous mixing of the mass.
