The OW5500 s-inox oil press, with its motor output of 5.5 kW, is the powerhouse within the oil mill family. Like all s models, it features an integrated pressing head heating system with digital temperature monitoring of the pressing head. Additionally, the OW5500 s-inox provides an integrated module for measuring the oil outlet temperature. This machine has been specifically designed for processing rapeseed and is ideally suited for this purpose. For processing other seeds, we recommend using the OW7500 s-inox.

The sensortec technology, with built-in pressing head heating and digital temperature monitoring, enables exceptionally easy and temperature-accurate cold pressing of valuable oils. This ensures a consistent and high-quality oil output even in unheated environments such as markets or halls. The temperature can be controlled and maintained throughout the entire pressing process. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the temperature individually according to the seeds being used.

The OW5500 s-inox is suitable for continuous operation with significantly extended maintenance intervals. Its compact design, considering its capacity, low operating noise, and moderate energy consumption make the OW5500 s-inox an extremely powerful all-rounder for medium to large production facilities. Unlike other machines, this oil press features a direct drive with special gears. The elimination of a belt drive ensures low energy consumption, reliable, low-maintenance operation, and a long service life. The speed of the OW5500 s-inox is infinitely variable and can therefore be adapted to the respective seed to achieve optimal pressing results in terms of oil quality and yield. Additionally, the OW5500 s-inox has a variable pressing gap adjustment.

The screw press utilized allows for gentle cold pressing without prior treatment of the seeds. This ensures that the ingredients of the starting product are fully preserved during oil extraction. With its high motor power of 5.5 kW, optimal production results can be achieved even with the hardest seeds. In combination with the appropriate oil plant silo system, production can easily be expanded to 24-hour operation.

The OW5500 s-inox is particularly used in food production, the manufacture of chemical products, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, as well as in energy generation.

The OW5500 s-inox is self-supporting without a base plate, making it particularly easy to clean the standing area.
