The REICH AIRMASTER® UK is a true all-around choice and a classic system from REICH. Its applications range from warming to drying, hot and cold smoking, cooking, hot air cooking and even baking, maturing and cooling. It works with vertical airflow and was developed primarily for hanging products. If the optional REICH FlexFlow alternating flaps are used and the trolley loading is adapted, lying products can also be manufactured optimally.
