We support our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle: from feasibility studies, process development and concept verification to detailed engineering, installation and commissioning of complete plants. Our expertise covers starch and protein processing, dairy and baby food applications, functional and alternative ingredients as well as powder and bulk material handling. We provide solutions ranging from individual process units and plant modifications to complete turnkey plants.
With experience across food, dairy, starch, proteins and functional ingredients, endeco combines process know-how, engineering and plant construction to develop solutions tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
Plant Based Proteins
We develop tailor-made processes for the production of plant-based proteins from a wide range of raw materials, combining different wet and dry processing technologies with side-stream valorization. In our Protein Application Center, new concepts can be tested and validated, providing a reliable basis for scale-up and industrial implementation.
Silo and Conveying Systems
endeco develops and implements customized silo and conveying systems for the food, plastics and chemical industries. With many years of experience, we provide solutions for reliable storage, handling and transportation of powders and bulk materials, tailored to individual process and plant requirements.
Customized Pneumatic Conveying Solutions
endeco provides customized pneumatic conveying solutions for dry and powdery bulk materials. Our dense- and dilute-phase systems enable safe, efficient and gentle product handling over distances of up to 500 meters, with conveying capacities ranging from 100 to 20,000 kg/h. Each system is tailored to the specific product and process requirements, considering high standards of hygiene, food safety and ATEX compliance.
Engineering Studies
endeco provides tailor-made engineering services from feasibility and conceptual studies to basic and detailed engineering. Depending on the project stage, our scope includes process development, mass and utility balances, PFDs, equipment specifications, layouts, CAPEX estimation and project scheduling. As an equipment-independent engineering partner, we support project execution, including tender preparation, supplier evaluation and coordination through to commissioning.
