Wherever tea is packed, TEEPACK is at home at the top of the world.
No matter where in the world tea is filled into bags and packaged - in the vast majority of cases, you can assume that a machine from TEEPACK is in use. We have delivered more than 3,000 packaging machines for double-chamber tea bags since the company was founded in 1948. Many of them are still running because they are of the highest quality.
TEEPACK's presence in more than 50 countries shows that we play a leading role on the world market as a specialist for first-class tea bag packaging machines. This success story, which began with our groundbreaking invention of the double-chamber tea bag almost 70 years ago, is today represented by around 180 employees. A good two-thirds of them are engineers, mechanical engineers and skilled workers. PERFECTA

Envelopes: paper envelope / heat seal envelope
The PERFECTA R produces non-heat-seal filter paper with knotted cardboard tags (smallest size available: 20 x 24 mm).
You can easily expand the basic module with an optional unit for paper envelopes or hot/cold-seal envelopes. The end-of-line module (EOL) with erector and lid closer for different types of outer packaging can be easily attached to the basic module and quickly converted to the desired type of bag. Flow packs (for naked bags only) are also optional.
Successful production can be simplified even further as an option: Services such as commission- ing, maintenance, service and training become more efficient and convenient through the use of customised AR solutions.
The PERFECTA R offers all of these features – perfectly. It also adds superior safety standards and durable “Made in Germany” premium quality.

The PERFECTA TAG machine producesdouble-chamber tea bags (naked bags)with a thread and tag. As is the casewith all PERFECTA machines, the fi lterbags are formed and then crimped sothat no heat sealing fi lter paper isneeded. This ensures a more effi cientinfusion performance, enabling thenatural tea aroma to fl ow out, eliminatingthe need for chemical additives andenhancing the taste of your tea.

The PERFECTA UNIVERSAL producesthree types of double-chamber teabag with a cardboard tag. The fi lterbag (naked bag) can be wrapped witheither envelope paper or a heat sealenvelope. A cold seal envelope is alsopossible. Retrofi tting the machinefor the various enveloping options iseasy. Simply activate or deactivate theenvelope feeder and exchange a feweasy-to-handle formatting parts andassemblies. The basic machine is the PERFECTA TAG machine for filter bags.

PERFECTA FLOWPACK by TEEPACK is a perfect all-in-one solution – a machine for the manufacture of double chamber tea bags with an integrated Flowpack unit: Ten or more premium double chamber tea bags in flowpacks are packaged in a highly efficient manner. The heat seal foil ensures that the tea’s aroma remains hermetically sealed until it’s consumed. Another advantage of TEEPACK’s PERFECTA FLOWPACK: The machine requires little floor space and is extremely economical since it avoids the acquisition of a separate flowpack machine. Smooth transition between tea bag machine and the Flowpack unit is ensured.
