Ampack GmbH is a global leading manufacturer of filling and packaging machines for the dairy and food industries. The portfolio includes filling and sealing (FS) machines for pre-formed cups and bottles at clean, ultra-clean and aseptic hygiene levels, as well as aseptic form-fill-seal (FFS) machines for cups. Ampack's portfolio includes filling and sealing (FS) machines for pre-formed cups and bottles, as well as form-fill-seal (FFS) machines for cups requiring clean, ultra-clean or aseptic hygiene levels. These systems can process a wide range of dairy and plant-based products, including yoghurt, desserts, dips, sauces, café latte, baby food and clinical nutrition products.
Ampack supports customers throughout the entire machine lifecycle, providing assistance from consultation and process development to installation, commissioning and long-term servicing. At our technical centre, we can perform mechanical, mechatronic and microbiological tests and analyses based on Ampack's standard operating procedures, or according to customer requirements.
Ampack FCL - Filling machine for preformed cups
The Ampack FCL fills a wide range of liquid and viscous foods into preformed cups (e.g. yogurt, desserts, dips). Available in the hygienic versions Ultra-Clean and Aseptic, the machine is an ideal solution for foods that require greater protection and a longer shelf life. Depending on the desired output quantity and packaging size, the FCL can be configured as a single-indexing, double-indexing or format-flexible version with 6 – 12 lanes and an output rate of up to 60,000 cups per hour.
Ampack LFS - Filling machine for preformed cups
The LFS filling machine enables precise and hygienic filling of dairy products and viscous foods (e.g. yogurt, desserts, dips) into pre-formed cups. Available in the hygienic versions Clean and Ultra-Clean, the LFS fills a wide variety of products into pre-formed cups. Depending on the desired output quantity and package size, the LFS can be configured as a single-indexing or format-flexible version with 3–8 lanes and an output of up to 20,000 cups per hour.
Ampack FBL - Filling machine for preformed bottles
The FBL filling machine enables precise and hygienic filling of dairy products and viscous foods (e.g. dairy and plantbased drinks, baby and drinking food) into pre-formed bottles. Available in the hygiene version Aseptic, the FBL fills a wide variety of products into pre-formed bottles. Depending on the desired output quantity and package size, the FBL can be configured as a single-indexing or double-indexing version with 8–12 lanes and an output of up to 36,000 bottles per hour.
Ampack TFA - Aseptic thermoforming maschine
The forming, filling and sealing machine TFA enables precise and hygienic filling of dairy products and other liquid and viscous foods (e.g. dairy and plant-based products, baby and clinical food) in cups (single-served cups, multipacks and portion packs). Available in the hygienic version Aseptic, the TFA shapes a wide range of cup formats and fills various foods from liquid to viscous safely and hygienically. Depending on the product and cup size, the machine can fill up to 57,600 cups /h (baby food, desserts) or 178,000 cups /h (coffee cream).
