Batch vacuum processing plants
The modular vacuum processing plants type zoatec® BG structured in assembly groups can be used everywhere that dry powders and liquids, or liquids and liquids, have to be mixed, dispersed and emulsified. As a result, they cover a wide product spectrum for liquid to paste-like applications in the areas of pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and chemicals. Also, they are characterized in particular by short batch times. AZO LIQUIDS processing plants stand out from all conventional plants with their ingenious design. Complete processing plants are assembled from standardized modules. The modules are independent from the process parameters and can be adapted to your requirements with great flexibility.
The entire series is designed according to similar geometrical principles, thereby making Scale-Up considerations much more precise. As a result, it is possible to concentrate on the actual process parameters in the planning phase, in order to make realistic predictions. Furthermore, the design offers major advantages in the areas of production, cleaning and maintenance.
InLine Mixer Type zoatec IL - Homogenizer
Whether as a standalone machine or as a component in our batch and continuous plants: Our innovative homogeniser always guarantees maximum performance and process accuracy. The unique design is what sets the InLine zoatec® IL mixer apart from all conventional rotor-stator systems. The innovative and outstanding design with product flow away from the drive results the mechanical seal having the longest useful life of any comparable technical solutions and it can be replaced without dismantling the connected pipelines. The mixer is fully CIP/SIP compatible and meets the most stringent requirements for hygiene thanks to the GMP-compliant design. In addition, the use of conventional O-ring gaskets, moulded gaskets, a single or a double-acting mechanical seal is feasible without making changes to the standard design. The required drive power can be optimally adapted to the products and desired outputs. Motors are supplied as standard in a high energy efficiency class and are based on the delivery program of standard motors. The Homogeniser can also be used as a CIP pump thanks to its high pump capacity.
AZO Dough Lines
AZO’s DL dough line provides comprehensive solutions for handling solids and liquids in bakeries. Handling of raw materials, in powder form, bulk solids and liquids, is designed so that operations are geared perfectly to each other. The dough mixers aimed at medium and large-scale bakeries are extremely flexible in use thanks to their modular design. They can be built fulfilling all customers’ needs for the specific type of dough. Thanks to the robust design, starter doughs and sourdoughs on the one hand and liquid doughs on the other hand can be processed without any problems.
