The CMT is a particularly flexible and powerful cartoning machine. It erects open or closed folding boxes, fills, and closes them in the lidded version. And it does this at any time in the desired pack formation and layout variant. The top-loading cartoner processes pre-grouped accumulable and non-accumulable products both flat and upright – on the short or long side. Or even shingled. Regardless of whether your product’s primary packaging is a flow pack or fold wrap, inline or at 90 degrees. And always at the highest speeds. The CMT achieves up to 1,000 items per minute in the product infeed – with a maximum output of up to 200 cartons at the same time. Every single one of them is perfectly packed and ready for the supermarket shelf.

Discover the LTM-DUO combined line – a packaging solution specifically designed for efficient and flexible production. This innovative system for fold wrapping and cartoning of chocolate bars sets new standards. It wraps up to 215 chocolate bars per minute in an inner wrap, followed by an outer layer of paper or cardboard. The integrated CMW cartoning module within the LTM-DUO combined line then produces up to 30 display cartons per minute. The fully automatic system feeds the downstream packaging machine highly efficiently – at up to 190 rows per minute. Depending on the configuration, also in combination with several LOMATIC stations. As a high-performance fold wrapper, the RCB combines all the advantages of the traditional fold wrap with those of a hermetically sealed flow pack. In the high-performance range, it packs up to 600 small chocolate products per minute – and even up to 800 with open folding. It makes no difference whether the product is a regular bar, a small bar, a tablet, or a Napolitain. The result is always convincing with a premium look – and always with great tightness. This is ensured by the foil-against-foil sealed fold wrap. For perfect product protection – from environmental influences, for example. And for an improved taste and texture.
