Nubassa is a family-owned German company that manufactures all kinds of blends, flavours and products related to food processing and technology, which are necessary for the manufacture of meat and the industrial production of sausages of all kinds. The company is headquartered in Viernheim in southern Hesse, Germany. Through exclusive partners as direct customers, Nubassa's products are represented all over the world. All products are halal-conform and approved according to Islamic law.

Welcome to the world of industrial meat processing. Nubassa's portfolio includes herb and spice blends, marinades and breadcrumbs, functional compounds, processed meat and food additives, also food protection. We do individual, customised developments and guarantee exclusivity.
Most of our products are free of E-numbers and without declarable allergens, which we indicate with AF.
We also avoid artificial colours and preservatives as far as possible and do not use any added glutamate, lactose, gluten or milk protein, which we indicate with CL.
Nubassan A CL/AF (Art. No. 401001)
Special water-soluble cutter flavouring, without declarable allergens and without E-numbers. For the replacement of phosphate, citrate, carbonate, etc. in the production of brewed sausages, brewed sausage-like products, as well as in sheets for cooked cured products or meat tenderisers for meat preparations. Nubassan A CL/AF increases binding and stability by improving protein activation during chopping or tumbling of injected products. Meat pre-treated with Nubassan A CL/AF is ideal for sous-vide products or can be customised with our Quicksoft marinades, breadcrumps, BBQ & roast spices or salts.
7-Herb Mix CL/AF (Art. No. 534100)
Natural, coarse herb mix, free from E-numbers and without declarable allergens, with parsley, dill, basil, onions, paprika and other herbs for salads, soups, sauces and dips, as well as for seasoning and refining meat and sausage specialities.
Schnitzel Light AF (Art. No. 555250)
Seasoning salt, without declarable allergens, with pepper and lemon for seasoning poultry schnitzel, poultry steaks, chicken nuggets and similar products.
Chicken Fix CL (Art. No. 575500)
Seasoning salt, free from E-numbers, with paprika, chili and mustard for seasoning poultry specialities. With unique juice-stop technology: it prevents juicing and seals damaged poultry skin.
Koefte -Turkish Meatball- (Art. No. 1019717)
Seasoning with paprika, chili, pepper and cumin for making hot and spicy minced meat products, such as meatballs made from beef, lamb, chicken and turkey.
