HANSELLA was founded in 1921 in Viersen, Germany and has been since then a reliable partner for candy processing machines as well as for decades in bar production. There is a long tradition of taking responsibility not only for high quality and highly efficient machines but also for resource -and energy saving. HANSELLA is your partner for hard candy, lozenges, chewy candy and chewing gum production, as well as bar production and although confectionery semi-finished products (e.g., filling masses & fondant).
As a founder of the rotary embossing HANSELLA became the market leader of the production of hard candy processing machines especially “Lozenges” with references all over the world. HANSELLA is also regarded as a powerful innovation driver in slab forming and bar cutting equipment.
HANSELLA is located in Viersen, Germany (near to Düsseldorf) and offers support in product & recipe development in its laboratory by confectionery specialists. Since 2021 HANSELLA is proudly part of the Swiss ROTZINGER Group which provides processing, conveying, buffering, and packaging solutions for confectionery, bars, chocolate, and food industry, as well as filling & capping equipment for pharma & cosmetic industry, track & trace and cartooning machinery for OTC products, diagnostics, dietary supplements and cosmetics – from a single source!

Since more than 100 years HANSELLA is one of the leading suppliers in the field of confectionery processing and forming technology.
