Gyraton® mixer for large quantities of bulk goods
This large-volume mixer is a new development. The Gyraton® mixer homogenizes large quantities - up to 70 m³ - of bulk material precisely, gently and economically. The mixing process is particularly gentle at minimum speed. This preserves energy resources as well as the particle structure of the bulk goods. amixon® Conical powder mixers with great discharge ability
Conical mixer type AM
A distinctive property of the amixon® conical mixers is their very high degree of residue emptying. Due to the conical design, the bulk materials are discharged - completely in the case of free-flowing materials - without segregation with the mixing tool rotating slowly.
The major success factors are ideal mixing qualities with different filling levels from 5 – 100%, particularly high degrees of residue emptying up to 99.99% and exemplary inspection possibilities with the help of CleverCut® inspection doors.
amixon® mixers conform to the specifications of the EHEDG and the FDA and thus meet the highest requirements for the hygienic preparation of dietary foodstuffs, baby food and pharmaceuticals. Moreover, they meet all requirements contained in the GMP standard.

KoneSlid® mixer KS
amixon® has developed an interesting innovation: a single-shaft powder mixing system with comparatively small dimensions. This precision powder mixer is characterised by particularly short mixing and discharging times, amongst other things. It is thus capable of processing large product quantities in a short cycle time.
Ideal mixing qualities and excellent particle protection are achieved in a new way. The mixing container consists of a silo-like container in whose centre a large cone is inserted at the bottom. The powder mixer has a smooth, streamlined design and supports the flow process of the mixtures. Helical mixing tools convey the goods upwards in a spiral-like motion. This process takes place along the wall of the container.
Having arrived at the top, the goods slide downwards and are directed to the outside once again by the cone. The homogenisation process takes place in the marginal area between the upward screwing and the downward movement. This process is gentle and effective.
After approximately 20 to 30 revolutions an ideal mixing quality is obtained that cannot be further improved in practice. The displacer then lowers itself by a few centimetres, so that the emptying takes place quickly and without residues. The mixer usually discharges into containers, big bags or the storage tanks of a filling machine. If the discharged mixture would land in the middle of the collecting container, a cone of material would form, leading to two disadvantages. On the one hand, the entire intake capacity cannot be used and on the other, bulk material slopes can cause segregation effects. The mixtures are discharged from the KoneSlid® mixer completely and without segregation.
amixon® has test mixers in the most diverse sizes for process trials available. Good results are assured in advance.
amixon® Vertical twin-shaft mixer HM
Ideal mixing qualities and excellent particle protection are guaranteed in the amixon® twin-shaft mixer. The mixer creates a three-dimensional product flow which guarantees optimum mixing quality and gentle particle handling. The mixing container consists of two cylinders that merge into each other. In their centre there are two helical mixing tools rotating in the same direction. A fifth of the entire mixing material is redistributed with one revolution of the mixing tools. The gentle upward transport of the mixture takes place by means of the helical blade mixing tools, while the downward flow takes place naturally due to the effect of gravity. One and the same mixer can homogenize extremely gently, but also deagglomerate intensively.
The mixer can discharge free-flowing bulk materials almost completely up to 99,99% by means of ComDisc®. In this way, the operator makes a valuable contribution to resource conservation.

Vacuum mixing dryers AMT and VMT
Vacuum mixer-dryers and reactors from amixon® offer unique advantages for efficient and gentle drying.
The VMT operates as a 3-in-1 mixer, dryer, and reactor, featuring a vertical design that ensures optimal heat transfer and minimizes product buildup. This makes it versatile for processing powders, suspensions, and liquids while adhering to high sanitary standards. The AMT, on the other hand, is equipped with a conical vessel, which guarantees quick, thorough drying and fast discharge. Vertical single-shaft mixer VM
This industrial mixer guarantees very good mixing results and complete discharge. It can be used for dry powder and wet suspensions. The spiral mixing blade inside the ribbon blender initiates a three-dimensional flow of the mixing goods; creating a helical upward movement on the periphery and downward flow in the center. If the mixing process requires deagglomeration, high speed cutting rotors can be installed.
The vertical mixer can be designed for compliance with FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements.
