What began in 1920 with pioneering spirit, has continued through the decades.
Extensive knowledge of production methods for all kinds of confectionery, combined with technical know-how and technological advancements are the cornerstones of the success of SOLLICH KG. Today this family-owned company is a global leader in the development of efficient production systems for the confectionery industry.
Our production programme today ranges from tempering machines, fully automatic enrobing systems and cooling tunnels to various forming and depositing systems. Nowadays, complete bar, praline and biscuit finishing lines are modularly assembled for the manufacture of each product.

Minicoater MC
The Minicoater MC is the result of more than 50 years of experience in building enrobing machines with 320 / 420 mm working width. The chocolate enrobing machine Minicoater efficiently performs in the smallest of spaces. Programmable settings ensure consistently high product quality.
Turbotemper®e
The Turbotemper®e sets new standards in tempering performance and economy. The result is a longer shelf life and excellent gloss of chocolate, chocolate masses with a high proportion of milk fat, cocoa butter replacers (CBE), cocoa butter and cocoa masses.
Enromat®
The highest quality for a range of applications - Regardless of whether you are enrobing pralines, bars or pastries – the Enromat® M6 is always the right choice when your aim is the highest quality product. The modular design of the machine facilitates its adaptation to all product requirements.
Enromat® enrobing machines are available in working widths from 820 to 2600 mm.
