Our portfolio includes a wide range of mustard flours such as partially de-oiled flour, non-de-oiled flour and de-heated mustard flour. Due to our established mustard seed origination, coupled with our own cleaning facilities in Hamburg/Germany and Balgonie/Canada, we have decades of extensive experience in the process chain.

All our mustard seeds are processed in our own cleaning
facility in Hamburg/Germany and Balgonie/Canada. This enables us to supply
you with qualities our global clientele of manufacturers in the spice, dressing, and canning industry require. We source our seeds from proven and trusted contractual partners from mainly Europe, Canada, Ukraine and Kazakhstan- from conventional and organic cultivation.

Controlled raw material quality represents one of our core competencies to our key customer base in the European food industry. Our comprehensive quality management begins with close and sustained cooperation with selected and audited producers in countries of origin and finds its logical continuation in our own contract farming with Canadian growers. In addition to Canada, we source pulses from the United States, China, Turkey, Africa, Central and South America.
Sugar
We are a significant and independent distributor to the German food and beverage industry, bakeries and trade. Our customers appreciate and expect from us to deliver consistent high quality of our products coupled with excellent logistics to ensure a seamless supply chain. Our product range includes sugar as well as many specialties and alternative sweeteners in a different packaging. We exclusively work with production facilities which are certified and operate under a valid HACCP system. We assure the compliance with the quality standards through close and long lasting relationship with our producers and regular plant visits.
Nut Kernels
SCHLÜTER & MAACK globally supplies all nut kernels and nut preparations in accordance with the accepted international quality standards and as well on basis of individual customer requirements.
For a timely supply of our clients with products of their specific quality requirements we coordinate closely with production plants at origin and monitor regularly the production. Food safety has become a very important task which we have addressed with our in-house expertise.
