Emden® ET

Emsland group has developed a range of confectionery starches that enable food manufacturers to develop gelatin-free jellies. Emden® ET 15 and Emden® ET 50
are multifunctional starches that are fast gelling and yield jellies with a high clarity and good elastic texture.

Empro® E 86

Empro® E 86 is a range of pea protein isolates for plant-based foods. The base product Empro® E 86 can be used for protein enrichment in for example snacks but also in egg-free bakery glazing. Empro® E 86 HV is developed for the production of texturized proteins for meat analogues. Empro®E 86 F 30 is a very fine and highly soluble pea protein isolate suitable for dairy alternatives such as drinks and ice cream.

Emflake®

Potato flakes are dehydrated potato products that are used in many food products such as potato-based processed snacks, potato products and bakery. Potato flakes provides texture in end products as well as during the production process. It also provides a typical potato flavour in these applications.

Emsland Group has a broad portfolio of potato flakes under the brand name Emflake®. They are available in different particle size, colour (cream or yellow), and different formulations.
