For 40 years GERNEP is developing and manufacturing labelling machines for self-adhesive, cold glue and hotmelt labelling at the headquarter in Bavaria, Germany.
Self-adhesive labeller
Benefit from maximum equipment options for self-adhesive labelling. The Gernep self-adhesive labellers are available in various sizes and are individually tailored to customer requirements. With the option of incorporating special additional equipment such as seal labelling, inspection systems and optical or mechanical alignment, every customer gets his money's worth. The self-adhesive labelling units are technically state-of-the-art and are developed in close cooperation with the labelling unit manufacturers, so that they can be optimally integrated into Gernep labellers. The latest Gernep self-adhesive dispenser features powerful performance of the highest quality. The large touch display guarantees intuitive operation, even for users with no prior knowledge. Even the label rolls can be changed quickly and easily without tools. The new unit thus features significantly improved ease of operation and maintenance.
Wet glue labeller
The new generation of Gernep wet glue labellers is equipped with an innovative pre-modular labelling station suspension which offers several technical advantages. An improved operating panel (HMI) makes Gernep labellers intuitive to operate. Their slim design and the new SecureLift lift guard also feature excellent accessibility making maintenance and cleaning effortless. Gernep also covers all aspects of labelling for most up-to-date equipment like precise positioning, foil ribbon, sealing functions with coding and/or dating, and tamper-evident labels for various bottle sizes and shapes.
Hotmelt labeller
Regardless of your preference in glues, precise wrap-around labelling with hotmelt gluing technology is possible with diverse container types and sizes. Compatible for paper or film labels, hotmelt labelling is particularly economical. The unique closed hotmelt system is not only energy-efficient when labelling from the roll, but also ensures low glue consumption. At the same time, it prevents contamination of the glue. Compared to other systems, it also shines with minimised maintenance and cleaning times, making it extremely convenient for operators as well.
