Universal enrobing machines
Our STARCOAT enrobing machines are designed to meet the highest hygienic standards for trouble-free and qualitatively flawless enrobing with chocolate, fat glaze, caramel, sugar glaze and similar masses. They are available in standard belt widths from 420 mm to 2500 mm and allow a quick mass change within one machine. In addition, they offer a number of other advantages and well thought-out details.
STARCOOL cooling channels are an important systematic addition to STARCOAT enrobing technology, but they can also be used for pre- or main cooling of other products in the confectionery and food industries. Carefully controlled process parameters allow the product to be protected and stabilised even in multiple cooling processes.
