The hard candy production line consists of: BKK cooking plant, BTK tempering line, BSK batch former, BPK forming machine, BCK cooling unit, BVW cutting and wrapping machine
Bar production line consisting of: BKS batch cooker, mixer, WRF slab former, 2x WRW compression roller, WRC cooling tunnel, WRL longitudinal cutter, WRT fanning system, WRQ cross cutter, WRU enrobing plant
The rolling and scoring production line consists of various elements. The starting point is the pre-extruder, where the texture is smoothed out, and transported to the pre-cooling tunnel. Inside the following extruder, infeed rollers transfer the mass to the extruding screws at a speed optimized for the processed gum product. The screw feeds the product to the extruder head, producing an endless slab. In the rolling and scoring mill, the slab thickness is continuously reduced to its final size.
