GBT GmbH is a visionary enterprise with a team of bakery experts. We are able to look back on decades of experience in the development of industrial bread baking plants, baguette baking plants, speciality bread plants, tunnel ovens and conveying systems.

In the product sortiment are among others dough divider, dough weighter, moulderers, energy saving ovens, spiral coolers and freezers and intermediate and final proofers. Our comprehensive service consists of: consulting, planning conception, project management, manufacturing, shop and site assembly, commissioning (including training, maintenance & service) and after sales service.

GBT Dough Divider
The GBT Olympia meets the highest requirements in terms of careful dough handling, weigh accuracy and high output. Thanks to the unique curve control with adjustable pressure, the weight-based press stroke and the frequency-controlled speed for machine cycles and conveyor belts. Application area: Wheat dough to rye dough, also with long bowl proofing and dough output of up to 180.
