HydroTOP CS 50 Range - Binder for Sausage and Deli Cuts

Our HydroTOP CS range allows the production of meat products with great texture and bite, even with reasonable meat content. By using these functional blends your costumers can achieve consistent product quality and reliable processes. They are based on complex combinations of functional ingredients that enhance the texture even at low dosage. Synergistic effects from the combination of these components reduce fat and water separation and decrease cooking loss.

Recombined milk with Stabisol RMWW 22

Due to the insufficient supply of local milk and the high cost of milk imports in some regions, recombination is considered the optimal way to produce dairy products. In line with this, Hydrosol has developed a system to produce recombined milk with maximum stability and a pleasant mouthfeel. Best of all, this recombined milk can be used to make numerous other dairy products, from milk-based mixed drinks to yogurt, as usual.

Processed Cheese

Whether spreadable or sliced, processed cheese preparations are established products worldwide. Hydrosol has developed a variety of formulations for different processed cheese preparations: spreadable varieties, in triangular packs or sliced cheese for burgers or toast. The range also includes everything from particularly economical variants with a low cheese content to "free from" variants with no added phosphates.
