About us

For more than fifty years Eberhardt Ltd. has been a competent partner in all areas of stainless steel processing. With our know-how we are present in nearly all food processing facilities. Each of our customers receives individualised consulting and is supplied competently and flexibly – particularly in case of special productions – of course in high handcrafted quality and according to the special requirements. With our patented boiling presses we are the world wide market leader. They were newly designed and developed by us with a special spindle press system. Our presses are maintenance-free, ingenious simple to use and can be filled and emptied by one single person. We produce a great variety of forms, according to your individual wishes. Due to the exact weight levelling and forming of the products we succeeded in minimizing the cutting losses to less than 1 %. The high economic and environmental efficiency of the presses shows that up to 50 % of process times and energy can be saved. This enables an optimized loading of the chambers and a significant increase of productivity.

PROCESSED TO PERFECTION Eberhardt special foil
For perfectly processed hams, we have developed the Eberhardt ham foil. It adapts precisely to mould and ham and has very high shrinkage properties for a better product result.

Cooked ham:
• connects optimally meat and rind
• air is removed from the foil by pressing:
therefore no air pockets
• no vacuum pulling is required

Raw ham:
• brings water to the surface faster
• lets product breathe
• the ham retains its taste
• immediate dehydration
