YTRON is a medium size manufacturing company specialising in rotor/stator-systems. The fields of application for this technology include the homogeneous mixing of liquids, supending and dissolving of powders of all kinds, as well as a multitude of different dispersing applications. With over 50 years of experience, the name of YTRON is known throughout process industries as a leader in new developments, and a quality way above the average with total reliability. The change to the new generation was successfully carried out with the transfer of the company by the founder, Dr. Roland Karg to Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Trauwitz in 1998. A continuous and competent development program in the range of products has resulted in YTRON equipment being used in key production applicatons. These include the leading international companies in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. YTRON is represented in over 50 countries. YTRON is a specialist in the field of rotor / stator systems. This technology is used for the homogeneous mixing of liquids, suspending or dissolving dries of all kinds and for gassing.

YTRON machines and systems are in use for industrial processing of liquids, for suspending and dissolving of powders and powdery products of all kind, homogenizing, wet milling for particle size reduction and emulsifying. The action of YTRON-Y goes well beyond simple agitation or stirring of liquids, it provides a perfectly air-free, homogeneous mix.

YTRON efficiency: The solids, hydrocolloids, thickeners etc. are generally dispersed in only one pass through the YTRON. The products are dispersed without creating lumps.
Recirculation is therefore not required. After dispersion of the powders, the Directed Jet Mixing Turbine YTRON-Y mixes the product quickly, homogeneously and without air entrainment.

STRETCHING® of cultured dairy products is the ideal method of reproducible processing with a defined introduction of shear using the tailor made and
geometrically optimised, slotted rotor/stator system. With the
parameters of slot width, number and distance of the shear slots, number of
the rotor/stator sets used, rotational speed and flow rate, the desired shear
effect will be reliably adjusted for all types of cultured milk products.
