With our SUCROLINER® we develop a fully integrated process unit that processes all currently demanded confectionery masses with low residual water content. While constructing, a particular emphasis has been placed on the following features: hygienic design (EDHEC, GMP), high availability, easy maintenance and low availability losses, diagnosis for predictive maintenance, ready for industry 4.0, quick installation of the unit, central connection of all supply media, fully integrated CIP cleaning.
The JELLYSTAR® 2014 cooking machine is ideally suited for processing all kinds of jellifying agents. The products are processed very gently and show a high quality in the finished product. Its extremely compact design, specifically also designed for large throughputs, results in a minimal space requirement compared to conventional coil cookers. Small temperature differences can be realized by the high turbulence on the product side, which is a requirement for a low steam pressure demand.
