TREIF is a leading international business in the field of food cutting technology. With approx. 500 employees worldwide TREIF is developing and manufacturing innovative machines, production lines and systems exclusively for cutting and slicing food. TREIF will present its SHOP-Machines at the Gulfood Manufacturing for the second time. The space-saving dicer and strip-cutter FELIX opens up a wide range of cutting and grating options for sausages, ham, bacon, meat, vegetables, cheese or fruit. The spacious 96 mm cutting chamber allows an easy loading without the cumbersome pre-cutting of the products. With an hourly output of up to 0.8 t (depending on product and degree of filling).

When performance and precision align, PUMA 700 F certainly makes the cut — even at speeds of up to 400 cuts per minute (with the double blade).This is true for cutlets, steaks, schnitzel, pork belly, bacon or German meatloaf, or whether it‘s fresh, chilled or frozen down to -4 °C / 24.8 °F. The flexible PUMA can cover a wide variety of products with minimum set-up times.
