In 1885, Friedrich Dierks and a partner founded the company for agricultural, domestic and dairy equipment in Osnabrück. At that time only a craft business, DIOSNA is today an internationally successful company.

Pre-dough System

Starter dough and sourdough count to the most important components of a modern bakery. The solutions provided by DIOSNA are divided in standards systems and fully-automatic pre-dough systems. The wheat fermenters are suitable for the production of yeast starter dough, sourdough of wheat and spelt. In the same way, rye fermenter systems with nearly the same characteristics can be chosen; also available: aroma fermentation systems, special storage containers and bread fermentation systems
