The performance focusses of the KOHLHOFF Hygienetechnik GmbH & Co. KG encompass development, production and sales of own hygiene technology machines, appliances and equipment in order to comply with the worldwide applicable regulations for personnel and industrial hygiene for food processing companies. In our 2017 new built company headquarters in Unna in Westphalia on an over 5,000 m² factory and production surface, we produce our stainless steel products in an ultramodern machine park. Our standard programme “Hygiene technology & shelf systems” currently comprises more than 100 stainless steel products “Made in Germany”. Frequently our products presented in this catalogue are also available in various other designs or with other features. They can be also adjusted to specific customers needs. Apart from our mostly automatised and even partly robot controlled manufacturing, we are still delighted to realise individual customer wishes.

Compact Hygiene Station DLSO WRT
The compact hygiene station of consists of a walk-through sole cleaning machine and an entry control device with an hand cleaning facility, tamper-proof two hand disinfection facility and a turnstile.
A multi-functional LED light simplifies the operation of the unit. The compact hygiene station can be attached to a production data collection device.
The walk-through sole cleaning machine is available in brush lengths 400, 700, 1100 and 1600 mm.
