AZO transports raw materials such as bulk goods, liquids, ingredients, flavourings and enzymes fully automatically into industrial production processes. Process steps such as mixing, kneading, stirring, baking, boiling, extruding, filling and packing are automated as far as possible. Future-proof process engineering, innovative process technology and trend-setting process IT ensure the highest standard of quality in soups, sauces, dough products, spice mixtures, cereals, jams, snacks, bakery and dairy products, baby food, coffee, tea, confectionary, beverages and pet food.

Vacuum weighing system
Vacuum weighing systems are designed to transport bulk quantities to a predetermined location in the automatic production process and to weigh them precisely before they are transferred into the mixing processes. The systems consist of conveying scales, a multiport valve and an electromechanical weighing device. A variety of concepts can be used, dependent on the application, such as a single pipe system, a multiple-pipe system, a central weighing system or even a suctioning mixing vessel.
Product pick-up and discharge systems
Feeding hoppers for discharge from sacks, cardboard boxes and drums into the closed system. Lump breakers can be used to crush agglomerates and cyclone screeners eliminate impurities and over-sized particles.
Big bag discharge stations are used for discharging big bags. The discharge systems are equipped with lifting gear and a big bag connection system with a press-on lid or inflatable collar. These systems for discharging big bags can also be combined with systems for feeding sacks and drums.
Minor ingredient automation systems involves the fully-automated feeding of precisely-weighed small and minor quantities, ingredients and additives into the mixing process. The AZO COMPONENTER® with its round, linear and synchronised design is a safe solution for exact weighing. The DOSINENTER® with DosiBoxes® and DosiLogistic® with integrated product and operator protection are a cost-effective alternative for the automatic handling of small components when using frequently changing components.
